I recently got the Comenity Hot Topic Guest List credit card after being invited to apply. I was given a $350 limit and have only used $75 of it on Funko pops.
I just paid the balance off last week and noticed that the amount I paid was not deducted from my bank account after a week so I went back through my bank statements and realized the first payment I made on the 1st of October was also never deducted from my bank account.
I called Comenity and they said they show the payments were processed and received on their end so I called my bank to see why it wasn't showing up and they said they don't have any record of receiving an ACH request from Comenity for my payments. I quadruple checked that I have the correct routing and ACH account numbers saved on my HT Guest List account and everything matches perfectly so is this an issue with Comenity or my bank and is this a known issue?
